What we do for Mercury owners
- Yearly service every 200 hours or 1 year, to Mercury's factory procedures and torque specs.
- Diagnostics with the Mercury CDS G3 diagnostic system: fault codes, engine hours and sensor data.
- Repairs: cooling, fuel, ignition, electrical, lower unit, trim and steering, quoted after diagnosis.

Do you service Mercury outboards on O‘ahu?
Yes. We service Mercury outboards at your boat anywhere on Oʻahu, with no travel fee: yearly and 100-hour service, diagnostics and repairs. Portable FourStrokes to the Verado V12, plus OptiMax and classic Mercury and Mariner two-strokes.
Can you read Mercury fault codes?
Yes. On Mercury engines that support it we connect the Mercury CDS G3 diagnostic system to read fault codes, engine hours, hours by RPM and alarm history, and to test sensors.
How often should a Mercury outboard be serviced in Hawai‘i?
At least once a year. We do a full yearly service every 200 hours or 1 year, whichever comes first, with a new water pump impeller every time, plus the 100-hour service Mercury calls for if you run a lot of hours. Each model's factory schedule is in our Mercury service guides below.
Do you use genuine Mercury parts?
We use OEM (factory) parts or parts of equal quality unless you ask otherwise. Parts usually take about a week to reach Hawaiʻi, so we book the visit when they arrive.
