Do you service Tohatsu outboards on O‘ahu?

Yes. We service Tohatsu outboards at your boat anywhere on Oʻahu, with no travel fee: yearly and 100-hour service, diagnostics and repairs. MFS four-strokes and MD and TLDI two-strokes, from 2 hp portables up.

Can you read Tohatsu fault codes?

Yes, on Tohatsu engines that have a computer we read the stored codes and engine data. Older carbureted engines are diagnosed with hands-on tests.

How often should a Tohatsu outboard be serviced in Hawai‘i?

At least once a year. We do a full yearly service every 200 hours or 1 year, whichever comes first, with a new water pump impeller every time, plus the 100-hour service Tohatsu calls for if you run a lot of hours. Each model's factory schedule is in our Tohatsu service guides below.

Do you use genuine Tohatsu parts?

We use OEM (factory) parts or parts of equal quality unless you ask otherwise. Parts usually take about a week to reach Hawaiʻi, so we book the visit when they arrive.
